International Sales Manager (EMEA – Broadcast channels)

The Role and the Person: You will be managing clearly identified territories, with a key focus on developing new business opportunities for multi award-winning products and building on existing relationships within the broadcast dealer and distributor channels. Significant marketing collateral and team support will be provided.   You should have an extensive network of broadcast dealer and rental contacts, be capable of researching and scoping out sales opportunities and the right companies that we should be working with, you should be able to work both as part of a growing team and on your own initiative and thrive under pressure while sometimes working to extremely tight deadlines and agreed budgets. An outstanding team player, positive disposition, grounded with a strong work ethics, a ‘can do’ person, who is good at influencing situations and managing outcomes.

The type of individual we are seeking: “Go getting” self-starter, articulate, communicative, confident, passionate, driven, ambitious and aware of others.   You should have an extensive broadcast market dealer/distributor network appropriate to the territory, and enjoy cold calling, whilst understanding the need to manage existing relationships and growing those markets. Having a positive team attitude is a must.

Experience: We are seeking an experienced salesman and account manager, however we are also looking for someone with a good working knowledge of broadcast, video and film.   You should be technology capable and mac ready.

Personal Competencies: To be confident and capable of leveraging your network, researching and scoping out new sales opportunities, cold calling, evaluating and analysing dealer opportunities, managing and developing existing relationships, possess excellent client management skills and be used to delivering on and working to sales targets. You should be able to work under pressure and to extremely tight deadlines and agreed budgets. You will be an outstanding team player with strong work ethic, positive attitude and you must have the hunger and desire to succeed and substantially grow sales in the agreed territories and others as directed.
